Moonlake Immunotherapeutics - SPARK Trainee

Job Purpose

The SPARK Programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give candidates hands-on experience in the fast-paced biotech industry. Over 3 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to MoonLake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose-driven environment. Your profile

We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following area:

  • HR, People & Culture
  • Tech Ops
  • Medical Affairs & Research
  • Clinical Operations
  • Medical & Drug Safety 
  • Biometrics
  • Regulatory & Medical Writing 
  • Quality & PMO 

Key Accountabilities

  • Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
  • Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
  • Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews
  • Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project 
  • Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub

Your profile

  • Accepted at an institution for higher education, currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
  • B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week
