nQuery is a leading clinical trial design software used widely in the biopharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a research biostatistician to join our Statistics and Research team to assist with the research and development of new clinical trial design methodologies in nQuery.
About the Role:
Research and develop new statistical methods for nQuery in areas such as sample size, power analysis, adaptive design, Bayesian statistics and clinical trial simulation
Prototype and validate statistical methodologies in R and collaborate with in-house development team
Represent nQuery externally through online webinars, client training sessions, conferences, support cases and other opportunities
Ideal Requirements:
Relevant professional experience in (bio)statistics, clinical trials, or data science
PhD or MSc in Statistics/Biostatistics, or a BSc/BA with a specialisation in (Bio)Statistics.
Proficiency in R
Experience with clinical trial design concepts and protocol development
Other relevant skills:
Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with SAS, Stata, C#, C++, EAST, PASS/NCSS, FACTS
