The Mentoring Scheme was established in 2022 and is a fantastic opportunity to benefit from the vast amounts of knowledge and experience held by PSI members.
You can expand your network, improve your leadership skills and learn from more senior colleagues in the industry. The scheme is open to mentees at any point in their career, whether they're new to the industry and looking to gain experience or for more experienced members looking to learn more about leadership or other aspects of the industry.
Similarly, mentors don't need to have multiple decades of experience to act as a great mentor.
NOTE: This scheme is not suitable for students and those on industrial placements - instead you should look out for PSI Career Young events.
Mentors and mentees will be matched based on experience, personal goals and the sector they work in (unless otherwise requested) so you can be assured that we will aim to tailor the experience to your needs.
The scheme opens for registration and matching early in the year and runs for roughly 6 months.
