Medical Statistics Careers Event 2023/24 - Exhibitors

Exhibitor registration has now closed. Please contact if you were intending to register but missed the deadline.

Exhibitor registration is open from Wednesday 23rd August 2023 and closes on Wednesday 4th November 2023 at 5pm. For registered exhibitors, further information will be added in the lead up to the event.

For the exhibition session, we welcome representatives from any pharmaceutical companies, CROs, CTUs and other organisations working within the field of Medical Statistics, including any universities who run an MSc or PhD in Statistics, or have statistical consulting groups. We also welcome recruitment companies who specialise in roles in medical statistics and/ or programming.


Three representatives may attend per exhibitor stand.


Students will have the option to opt in to receiving communication from exhibitors after the event. The names and email addresses of those who consent will be shared with all exhibitors after the event.


Registration fees for an exhibitor stand are as follows:

  • Pharmaceutical company/CRO/Recruitment company: £500 + VAT
  • Clinical Trials Unit: £100 + VAT
  • University advertising further study: Free


All sponsors will benefit from their company logo being included in advertising materials, email communication and event slides. All sponsors will have the opportunity to provide a virtual flyer that will be shared with students in advance of the event. All packages include an exhibitor stand.

1 x Venue  - £4000 + VAT

Venue: This will support the cost of hiring the venue, Cutlers' Hall.



1 x Catering, 1 x event bags - £2000 + VAT

Catering: This will support the cost of refreshments provided by the venue.

Event bag: The sponsor will provide a reusable bag featuring their company logo. Additional freebies may be included.



3 x Enhanced Exhibitor Stand - £1000 + VAT

Enhanced exhibitor stand: Additional branding and advertising.

Courier information for Exhibitors

Should you need to courier any material for the event please deliver to "FAO Lucy Wibberley/Sales Office, 7-15 Church Street, Sheffield, S1 1HG" no earlier than 1 week prior to the event (22nd November).

If anything is to be collected by a courier after the event please organise for this to happen within 48 hours after the event and please correctly pack the parcels before you leave the event.

Promotional Material 

Please note that some parts of the event will be captured by photographs and video footage for promotional purposes for use on PSI social media platforms.  

If any of your company volunteers do not want to be included in any of the photographs / video footage then please notify Lizzi Pitt in person on the day of the event.
