 s\, he worked specifically within Biometrics recruitment in the City of Lo
 ndon.\n            Rob is a bit of a humbug and makes a point of avoiding 
 all Christmas-related music until at least the 20th December. He is also d
 ismayed at Mince Pies being available from his local Sainsbury&rsquo\;s ea
 rly in October.\n            &nbsp\;\n            \n        \n        \n  
           \n            \n            Paul Terrill\n            \n        
     \n            Paul started his career working as a statistician in the
  agrochemical industry before becoming a statistical trainer for SAS. He m
 oved into the pharmaceutical industry in 2005 and worked for several CROs 
 before becoming an independent consultant in 2020. Paul primarily provides
  support to biotech and small pharmaceutical companies who lack in-house s
 tatistical expertise. \n            \n            Paul is always happy to 
 receive some lego as a Christmas present\, and often does!\n            \n
         \n        \n            \n            \n            Aimee Weston\n
             \n            \n            Aimee has an extensive background 
 in sales and recruitment. She moved to Warman O&rsquo\;Brien in March 2020
 \, to specialise in biometrics recruitment\, which has always been an area
  of interest to her. She is currently a Principal Consultant\, working pur
 ely with statisticians\, offering market advice and opportunities within t
 op pharma&rsquo\;s\, biotech&rsquo\;s and CRO&rsquo\;s.\n            Aimee
  enjoys creating relationships with her clients and candidates\, offering 
 a friendly platform to come for all that is recruitment in the pharma worl
 d!\n            At Christmas\, Aimee loves the social aspect of seeing fri
 ends and family and has been known in the past to join the &lsquo\;pram ra
 ce&rsquo\; in her hometown of Windlesham on Boxing Day! \n            \n  
       \n        \n            \n            \n            Lara Wolfson\n  
           \n            \n            Lara J. Wolfson is Executive Directo
 r and Head\, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Statistics in the Biostati
 stics and Research Decision Sciences (BARDS) organization at MSD Switzerla
 nd. Lara holds a PhD in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University in the 
 US\, and an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University in Canada. L
 ara has held academic appointments at University of Waterloo in Canada and
  Brigham Young University in the US\, and has previously worked as a scien
 tist covering health economics\, epidemiology\, and statistics at the Worl
 d Health Organization\, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry in outco
 mes research and Market Access at both the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companie
 s of Johnson &amp\; Johnson in Belgium and the Merck Center for Observatio
 nal Research and Real-World Evidence in the US. Lara has authored more tha
 n 70 peer-reviewed journal articles\, and currently chairs the HTA Europea
 n Special Interest Group of the PSI (a professional organization for Stati
 sticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry). \n            \n            Lara
  currently lives in the Greater Zurich Area with her husband\, twin sons\,
  and a cat named Hokey Pokey.&nbsp\;\n            \n            While at U
 ni\, Lara managed a seasonal Christmas store\, so she knows how to profess
 ionally light and decorate 8 feet trees!&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\n            \n
