 ssing non-technical books which are relevant to our roles. Participants wi
 ll be split into smaller discussion groups so members can network with eac
 h other and practice exercises to help implement their learnings.\nPlease 
 note: Once allocated\, groups will liaise and arrange their own preferred 
 time to meet and discuss the book\, whether that's online or in-person. No
  meetings will set up by PSI.\n\nThe next book we are reading is "Never Sp
 lit the Difference" by Chris Voss. This book is one of the most recommende
 d books to start improving your negotiations skills. A former FBI hostage 
 negotiator offers a new\, field-tested approach to negotiating - exciting 
 to read with effective methods for any situation.\nWe are also looking for
  facilitators who will be leading the discussion groups. Facilitators will
  be provided guidance on how to run the group discussions and there will b
 e a Q&amp\;A session at the beginning for any questions that may arise. Ma
