Welcome sessions will be held at the beginning of the Scheme to kick things off and provide guidance about the content of the sessions and how to make the most out of each meeting to b oth mentors and mentees.\n This will be followed by an initial meeting between each mentor/mentee pairing so that all mentors and mentees will ha ve an opportunity to meet each other and gauge the chemistry between match es.\n We suggest that each pair of mentors and mentees meet a minimum o f once a month but it will be up to them to create their own meeting sched ule.
